Game ports tracker — which decomps and recomps are live, and which were taken down

This is a list of links, not a download site. We host nothing: every entry points to the project's own page, a news report or a takedown notice. Projects like Ship of Harkinian, the SM64 PC port, the Perfect Dark PC port and Zelda 64: Recompiled ship code only, and a port that needs your own disc or cartridge says so on its card. When a project is taken down, we record it rather than hide it. 42 projects: 35 live, 3 taken down, 4 unknown. Last checked 2026-10-16T04:51:15Z.

Frequently asked

Do you host any of these games?

No. EveryGameMade hosts nothing on this page. Every entry is a link to the project's own page, a news report or a takedown notice.

Do I need my own copy of the game?

Usually, yes. Decompilation and recompilation projects such as Ship of Harkinian, the SM64 PC port, the Perfect Dark PC port and Zelda 64: Recompiled ship only code. They ask you to supply your own legally owned copy of the original game. Each card says what you need.

Will you link to ROMs or ISOs?

Never. We do not link to ROMs, ISOs, disc images, or mirrors of code that was taken down. If a project's only route is a pirated file, it is not listed.

Why keep projects that were taken down?

Takedowns are part of the record. When a DMCA notice or publisher action removes a project, the card moves to the Taken down section and links the evidence instead of the dead project.

What is the difference between a matching decomp, a recomp and an AI port?

A matching decomp is human-verified source that rebuilds the original game byte for byte. A static recomp translates the original machine code into native code and runs your own copy. An AI port is mostly AI-generated; its accuracy and provenance are not verified. Demo only means a video or news report exists but nobody has confirmed it is playable.

How often is the status checked?

A script probes every project and play link and rewrites the status and the last-checked time. A failed network check never flips a live project to taken down.

Want games that were built with AI from scratch rather than ported? See Claude games, the AI games hub, or upload your own. Or browse every game on EveryGameMade.
