What is MOGUL?

MOGUL is a free, original roll-and-buy property game set in Meridian City — eight districts, four stations, two utilities, forty squares. If you know the classic property-trading formula, you already know how to play: land on a district, buy it, complete the set, build houses, and collect rent until the table surrenders. Everything on this page — the board, the tokens, the cards, the dice, even the sounds — is generated procedurally in your browser. Nothing to download, nobody to sign up with.

The bots play the actual math

The AI opponents aren't random. Their buy, build, and jail decisions come from our 6-million-turn Monte Carlo simulation: they prioritize the districts with the best simulated payback, they build every set to three houses before going further (the single biggest rent jump the sim measured), and they sit in LOCKUP late game when the board turns dangerous. Learn mode turns that same data into a coach — it cites the landing frequencies and payback ranks before your decisions and grades you after.
