How to play UNDRAWN

Run as far as possible through a hand-drawn world while drawing your own platforms in mid-air to stay ahead of the B-2000 Eraser chasing you from behind.

Use A/D (or the arrow keys) to run left and right, and press SPACE to jump. You can press SPACE a second time while airborne to flip — useful for repositioning over a platform you've drawn.

Hold the mouse button to draw a platform directly on screen. Time slows while you're drawing, giving you a brief window to sketch a line and then land on it. Ink is limited and your strokes fade over time, so every line you draw costs a resource you can't fully recover.

The B-2000 Eraser closes in from behind continuously. Standing still or drawing too cautiously lets it catch up. Every platform you sketch is a trade-off: a longer line gives you more landing area but burns more ink and takes more time.

Press S (or the down arrow) to fast-fall when you need to drop quickly onto a platform below. There are no checkpoints — when the Eraser catches you, the run ends and you start over.

UNDRAWN — FAQ

What is UNDRAWN?

UNDRAWN is a free browser-based endless runner by DriftStudio in which you draw your own platforms in mid-air with the mouse while fleeing the B-2000 Eraser. You play it in your browser on DriftStudio's own itch.io page, linked from here; no download is needed.

How do you play UNDRAWN?

Run with A/D or the arrow keys, jump with SPACE, and hold the mouse button to sketch platforms under your character before you fall. Time slows while you draw, but ink is limited and strokes smudge away, so you must keep moving and draw only what you need to survive.

What happens when you run out of ink?

Your strokes smudge and disappear over time, steadily reclaiming the ink supply — but you can never stockpile unlimited ink, so you must be selective about how long and how often you draw platforms.

Can you play UNDRAWN on a touchscreen?

The game detects touch input, and the creator's controls note mentions holding the mouse button to draw, which maps to a tap-and-hold on touch devices. On-screen pointer buttons are also present in the interface for mobile play.

Does UNDRAWN have an ending or levels?

No — UNDRAWN is an endless runner. The goal is simply to survive as long as possible; when the B-2000 Eraser catches you, your run ends and your distance is your score.
