How to play Petal Pop Hospital [BETA]
Run the front desk of Petal Pop Hospital by treating a stream of cute animal patients, diagnosing their symptoms, and sending them to the right clinic to earn money and level up.
When a patient arrives — a cat (50% chance), mouse (25%), or bunny (25%) — you interact with them using the talk choices that appear on screen. Listen to what they say to gather clues about what is wrong with them.
Open the notebook on your desk to write up a diagnosis. Select the symptoms that match your patient, then click Save Diagnosis. Once you are satisfied, use the laptop to pick the correct clinic and click Send Patient to complete the visit.
Every patient you successfully send away counts toward your level. The level goal is your current level plus three — so at Level 1 you need to serve four patients to reach Level 2. Each level-up earns you a toast notification and increases your earnings by 0.4x.
Between patients you can click the desk radio to toggle lofi background music on or off. If any pop-up or diagnosis note is open, pressing Escape closes it. If you ever want to start fresh, a Restart button resets your level, money, and patient count back to zero.

How do you play Petal Pop Hospital?
Click through dialogue with each animal patient to learn their symptoms, select those symptoms in the desk notebook to form a diagnosis, then use the laptop to pick a clinic and send the patient off — repeat until you have served enough patients to level up.
How does leveling up work?
You level up after serving a number of patients equal to your current level plus three. Each level-up increases your earnings by 0.4x, so income grows the longer you play.
What kinds of patients will I see?
Patients are randomly generated animals: cats appear 50% of the time, while mice and bunnies each appear 25% of the time.
Is the game finished?
No — Petal Pop Hospital is currently in beta and may have glitches. Version 1.1 added a tutorial and multiple symptoms to diagnose with, and more updates are planned.
