How to play Night Courier — 夜便

Steer a courier ship through a meteor shower and collect 8 glowing star parcels before the 45-second night shift ends.

Press the start button (配達に出発) or Space. Your cyan ship sits near the bottom of the screen and only moves left and right; meteors and gold parcels fall from the top.

Fly into the glowing gold diamonds to pick up star parcels. Each one is worth 100 points, and the counter at the top (星の小包) shows how many of the 8 you have.

Touching a single meteor ends the run immediately. Meteors bounce off the side walls, and both their speed and how often they spawn rise the longer you survive.

Collect all 8 parcels to win. You also earn points for distance flown (飛行距離) every second, plus a time bonus of 20 points for each second left on the 45-second clock when you finish. If time runs out first, the run ends with whatever you have delivered.

Night Courier — 夜便 — FAQ

What is Night Courier — 夜便?

Night Courier (夜便) is a short neon arcade game made with ChatGPT: you pilot a courier ship through a meteor shower and race to deliver 8 star parcels in 45 seconds. The interface is in Japanese.

How do you play Night Courier — 夜便?

Steer left and right with the arrow keys or A/D, fly into the gold parcels and avoid every meteor. One meteor hit ends the run; collecting all 8 parcels wins it.

How is the score calculated?

You get 12 points per second of flight, 100 points per parcel, and when you collect all 8 parcels, 20 bonus points for every second left on the clock. Finishing fast is worth more.

Does it get harder?

Yes. The longer a run lasts, the faster the meteors fall and the more often new ones appear, so the last parcels are the hardest to reach.

Can I play it on a phone?

Yes. On small screens two on-screen arrow buttons appear under the game; hold one to steer.
